1、The new standard of minimum wage in Qinghai updated
From Jan 1, 2020, the monthly minimum wage in Qingdao increased from CNY1500 to CNY1700. The hourly minimum wage won’t be adjusted temporarily and will continue follow the standard of CNY15.2/ hour.
2、MOHRSS issued the <Guidance on Supporting Enterprises to Resume Work and Production during the Epidemic Prevention and Control>
Ministry of Human Resource and Social Security issued the “Guidance” on Feb 7, 2020 in order to support to enterprises on resume work and production and to stabilize labor relations. It includes how to flexible handle the labor employment and salary treatment in the period of epidemic prevention and control.
3、MOHRSS, MOF, SAT jointly issued the <Notice on the Stage Exemption of the Social Insurance Premium of enterprises in current stage>
China will reduce corporate contributions to the old-age pension, unemployment and workplace safety insurance funds by at least CNY 500 billion this year in order to help enterprises withstand the epidemic and stabilize employment. Companies undergoing severe difficulties due to the epidemic are eligible for the deferral of the three types of social insurance payments for as long as six months. No overdue fine will be charged during this period.
4、<Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China> was implemented officially
<Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China> and <Regulations for the Implementation of Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China > were implemented officially on Jan 1, 2020, and the pervious three laws on foreign investment shall be repealed simultaneously. This new law makes a systematic and uniform statement on admission, promotion, protection and management of foreign investment.
5、MEE issued the < Classified Management List of Discharge permits of Stationary Pollution Sources (2019)>
MEE issued the “Identification standards” on Dec 20, 2019 to facilitate the full coverage of discharge permits, solve the problem of irrational management classification, realize the cohesion of discharge permit system and other statistical classifications.
6、The <Identification Standards for Hazardous Waste General rules> and <Technical Specifications on Identification for Hazardous Waste> were implemented
The “Identification standards” and “Technical specifications” were implemented from Jan 1, 2020. The former sets out the process and rules for the identification of hazardous waste, which is the basis of the standard system of hazardous waste identification. The latter, basic standard to standardize the identification work, states the technical specifications for sample collection, testing and judgement in the process of hazardous waste identification.
