With the development of international trade and the increase of trade conflicts, more and more over-sea buyers and retailers have listed the supply chain security in requirements of global procurement. C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), a program for supply chain security solution, is proposed by CBP (US Customs and Border Protection) after 9/11, aiming to strengthen international supply chains system, to ensure the flow of shipment and the safety of transportation and information.
