Packaging
We provide sample jars, bottles and packaging materials suited to each analysis and matrix. All containers are pre-labelled with unique, water-resistant barcodes for tracking. Packaging materials can be ordered through Customer Support.

Shipping soil samples outside the EU
Shipping soil samples is subject to strict regulatory controls. The Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) restricts the import of soil and growing media under Directive 95/44/EC and may destroy non-compliant samples.
Licensed import
We are authorized to import soil under specific conditions. We can provide a valid import license for each shipment – contact us for details.
For applicable countries and requirements, refer to the NVWA website. These rules do not apply to water samples.

Sample storage
We offer flexible storage options to support your project requirements:
- Standard storage: soil samples refrigerated for up to four weeks
- Extended storage: available up to six months on request
- Responsible disposal: environmentally responsible sample handling
