The signing took place on October 9, 2025, at the Yili Modern Smart Health Valley. Jian Wang, General Manager, Agriculture and Food, China, signed on behalf of SGS, and Lyu Zhiyong, General Manager of the Yili Quality Management Department, represented Yili Group. The ceremony was witnessed by Charles Ly Wa Hoi, Head of Connectivity & Products and Health & Nutrition at SGS, and Liu Dapeng, Vice President of Yili Group.
Ahead of the signing ceremony, our delegation toured Yili’s National Dairy Technology Innovation Center, the Chilechuan Ecological Smart Pasture and the Yili Modern Smart Health Valley. The tour provided firsthand insight in how Yili integrates digitalization, low-carbon practices and intelligent systems across its entire value chain – truly embodying its philosophy of ‘from a blade of grass to a glass of milk.
During the tour, both teams engaged in in-depth discussions on forage cultivation, milk supply quality, sustainable manufacturing and product innovation. These exchanges deepened our understanding of the high-quality development of China’s dairy industry.
